The Alianza Peruana de Sommeliers – ALIPS is a not-for-profit professional association of sommeliers and allied members of the food and beverage industry headquartered in Lima, Peru. Fifteen founding members inaugurated the association on 28 February 2022. Alianza Peruana de Sommeliers – ALIPS was entered into the public record on 27 June 2022. Its Federal ID as registered with SUNAT, Peru’s customs and tax enforcement agency, is 20609818922.
Our Mission
Our association is based on an honest and committed alliance among sommeliers, which seeks to unite, represent, and protect the rights and interests of Peruvian professionals and residents.
Our Vision
To position the Alianza Peruana de Sommeliers – ALIPS at a national and international level, as a leading association that adds value to the gastronomy industry of Peru, based on the achievements and merits of its professional members.
